CAREER TRAVEL

Ericsson is committed to providing a flexible working environment that meets staff and customer needs. As part of Ericsson’s flexible working arrangements, some staff work from home at certain times. Ericsson’s focus is increasingly on results produced, rather than when and where you work.

SALARY
We will offer you a competitive remuneration package, in line with salary information that is benchmarked against industry standards. Ericsson pays you for your contribution to the business at comparable market rates for similar roles, that way we ensure everybody’s performance is strongly aligned with business results. Our system of flexible remuneration packaging allows you to have some say in how you wish to structure your total remuneration package and offers opportunity for performance based bonuses.
SHARES
Under the Stock Purchase Plan, virtually all employees are offered the chance to save part of their salary for the purchase of Ericsson shares. If your employment continues and the shares are kept for three years, each purchased share is matched with one share free of charge.
FUN AND MORALE DAYS
One of our wanted behaviours is "Make it Fun", so activities are organised throughout the year to engage our employees and bring people together. These include internal competitions and activities, special occasions for employees and their families, or evening social events. Recent examples include a Cirque du Soleil event, a Volvo Ocean Race spectator boat trip and family movie days.
