I am delighted to reaffirm our commitment to Victoria as the Australian telecommunications industry grows.”
The new Port Melbourne facility will serve as Ericsson’s Test Environment and Education Centre which will be utilised by Ericsson and its customers, including the latest networks and technologies including, mobile networks, next generation networks (Softswitch, IMS), transmission, datacom and broadband access products. Construction on the facility is due to be complete in early 2007.
