EBL Managing Director Mr. Arun Bansal was interviewed by Bangladesh’s leading English language daily The Daily Star, published on March 3 edition.
In the interview Arun discussed details on knowledge transfer, Ericsson’s role on competence building of local employees and their contributions. “Ericsson transfers the knowledge to the local employees so that eventually the company will have local management to run it, ” Arun was quoted as saying in the interview.
