Global Leadership Team

The Global Leadership Team (GLT) consists of all members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Chief Intellectual Property Officer, the Head of Customer Unit Vodafone and the Heads of Regions. The GLT regularly meet and its role is among other things to have a global view on Ericsson’s performance and strategy, which is crucial in order to fulfill the commitments towards the customers and shareholders.
