Multiservice Switching Product Discontinuation Information
ASX, TNX, BXR400/1600/48000, ESR, HE NIC, ForeThought, ServiceOn Data & associated service offerings
Ericsson announces the End of Sale and Last Time Buy of our multiservice switching platforms and their associated network modules, port cards, switch control modules, control software and other associated orderable items. This announcement encompasses the entire line of orderable parts for these platforms. The affected platforms are:
ASX200BX, TNX210, ASX1000, ASX1200, TNX1100, BXR400, BXR1600, ASX4000, ASX4000M and BXR48000 multiservice switches, the associated ForeThought and ForeThought Plus control software, ServiceOn Data network management software, the HE155 and HE622 Network Interface Cards, and associated service offerings. This announcement also includes all customer-specific bundles that include these products.

Fulfillment of orders will be based on available supply and will be filled while supplies last. Customers are encouraged to submit orders early in order to maximize clarity of available supply. Customers will be unable to cancel orders placed from this date forward.
This announcement also includes the ESR5000 and ESR6000 products. The dates for end of sale differ for these products. See the Product Discontinuation Notice for the timeline for these products.
The BXR1000 and BXR5000 products are not part of this announcement and won’t be impacted by this announcement. The ViPr video conferencing system is also not part of this announcement.
