






Excellerate is an 18-month development program for potential Ericsson leaders. It takes you through various aspects of the company’s operations while developing the skills and knowledge you need to be a world-class manager.
The three main sections of the program are:
Job rotation – There are three, six-month job rotations where you will gain practical experience of Ericsson’s business. One of these rotations should involve customer contact and be in a different country to the other two rotations. Where you are placed will be decided during personal development discussions with your home organization. Throughout the program, you will receive feedback and evaluation of your performance.
Learning modules – Every three months during the program, participants in the program will get together to take part in learning modules that will last from 7-10 days. These modules will focus on the way the industry is changing, understanding Ericsson as a global business as well as business and communication skills, leadership, personal development and self-learning.
Mentoring – You will be assigned a mentor from management, and a "buddy" from the Excellerate alumni.
The program provides challenging and rewarding opportunities and you will be enabled – and expected – to contribute in an innovative environment. You will get the chance to develop customer contacts and gain a global perspective of Ericsson as you live and work in different countries.
