Ericsson Mobility World and LBS-solution provider LocatioNet have entered a joint collaboration involving promotion of LocatioNet's LBS development tools to developers and operators, and readiness of commercially available traffic and revenue generating LBS applications and content.

Within a few weeks the Ericsson Network Resource Gateway 3.0 (NRG 3.0) will be generally available. Ericsson Mobility World's subscribers will also be offered a Software Development Kit (SDK) together with a simulator.
