Florin van Slingerland, Ericsson's own Parlay expert who oversaw the campaign, says: "The idea was to generate interest in Parlay among our developers and to offer added value above our regular first-line support. We've succeeded with both."

Questions were varied and came from developers around the world. Van Slingerland says there was no recurring problem or question and will add some of the best questions and answers to the Parlay FAQ list .

In the meanwhile you can still get answers to your developing problems from Technical Support. The Parlay Discussion Forum is an active site where you can get help from your peers.
