IP and mobility solutions for medium and large enterprises
Ericsson leads the migration to IP and mobility with its IP-enabled (Customer Premises Equipment) solutions to enterprises. The solutions include MD110, Solidus eCare, unified messaging, OneBox, contact centers and Ericsson's BusinessPhone together with applications for mobile extensions.

Ericsson's Mobile Extension Solution
Ericsson's Mobile Extension Solution (EMES) brings new market potential to developers creating mobile applications that interact with enterprise voice and data servers.

MD110
Ericsson's MD110 Convergence Communication System is a PBX system for medium-sized to large organizations. It includes a unique distributed architecture, excellent networking capabilities, and the world's first mobile extension and integrated IP functionality.

Together with Ericsson's Dynamic Network Administration (D.N.A.) application suite, the MD110 provides integration opportunities for call accounting vendors. Integration with the call accounting application programming interface (CAAPI) allows the call accounting system to retrieve the directory information from the D.N.A. suite, either on a request basis or as a schedule update.

CAAPI is a set of C++ based APIs and a schedule service in the D.N.A. suite. A call accounting system can choose to either implement software to call those APIs to retrieve directory data from the D.N.A. suite, or to read the files generated by the schedule service to update its own directory data. The Call Information Logging (CIL) function on the MD110 permits the recording of all types of calls.

Solidus eCare?
Solidus eCare? is a powerful, highly flexible contact center application suite offering single and multimedia centers for single site and networked solutions of various sizes.
