The test area provides the information to make it possible for you to test your implementation of the different SDK's in Ericsson's charging solutions.
Test your application, service or content with the Diameter Emulator. The Diameter Emulator is part of the Diameter Charging SDK. It enables you to test your charging applications on your own server or workstation without interfering in a live system. A large variety of logs and intercept possibilities are available to check if your application works as intended. Testing with the Diameter Emulator is all you need to do to verify your implementation prior to the integration with an operator's network.
Detail record interfaces are tested with Ericsson Multi Mediation. For testing to be possible, a documented description of the output records from the application is necessary to set up correct decoding rules inside the Multi Mediation system. The description should cover information about the following: - Contents of fields inside the Detail Records
- File encoding (ASCII, XML, BER or other)
- File naming convention used
- Transfer protocol
