What were your first impressions about Ericsson's culture? Have they held up now that you've been in the job longer?
I was worried that I would find changing from consultancies to a company to be slower-paced and less dynamic. But from the beginning I noticed that there were a lot of different projects going on. That's something I was very pleased to see. So my first impression was that it was a very dynamic environment - there was no feeling at all like, "We've always done things this way, and we'll go on doing them like this."

And now that I've been here a few months, I think that it's quite important, this way of always trying to find new and better ways of doing things. It's a very interesting way of working. Another thing that I maybe didn't notice so much in the beginning, but do now that I'm now working more toward my internal clients, is the incredible diversity here. We have so many different kinds of people, different backgrounds, different nationalities, which is a very important part of Ericsson's culture.
