ERICSSON CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT

An important part of Ericsson employee engagement is the Ericsson Code of Business Conduct, a resource that employees can rely on for guidance as they act with integrity in the workplace. The code promotes:

  • Honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional interests
  • Full, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable disclosure in reports and documents that we file with, or submit to government agencies and in other public communications
  • Protection of confidential and proprietary information about Ericsson, our employees, contractors, customers, partners, and vendors
  • Compliance with applicable governmental directives, laws, rules, and regulations
  • Prompt internal reporting of any violations of the code

Every employee is accountable for adherence to the Ericsson Code of Business Conduct, and we ask each of our employees to acknowledge their commitment to these shared values.

A specific employee portal has been designed for us at Ericsson, Ericsson for Me; it gives our employees flexibility and the ability to adjust their benefit package to suit personal needs and preferences. In addition to the general benefits that all employees receive, employee can now also choose individual benefits.

With Ericsson for Me, employee can calculate the cost of various benefits in advance and then buy them using the system and finance them with Ericsson’s different subsidy accounts or with the salary.

As well as summarizing all benefits which we are offering to our employees Ericsson for Me provides up-to- date information on the special agreements to provide discounts on product and service from a number of major leading vendors.
