I was looking for a challenging job at a leading international company with different people, cultures and backgrounds. I also like to be challenged in my everyday work. The telecom market suits this well, as it is a fast paced market which rapidly changes. Therefore, Ericsson and I is a perfect match!

The biggest challenge in my work is to create the best mix of people, processes and strategies possible, to ensure an optimized service delivery. Since the telecom business is rapidly changing, this means bringing people together to align processes and formulate strategies on a daily basis. When this works, it is a great feeling and a real energy boost for the next challenge!

In my opinion, the company culture is definitely the biggest opportunity within Ericsson. If you want something, it’s right there to grab. Nothing is impossible, you just have to go for it and make it work!

The experience I gained the last two and a half years, has taught me that Ericsson is truly a top-notch company. We can create, build & support anything. We have the most creative, professional and dedicated employees in the telecom industry and we are very flexible in our work. I am really proud to be part of Ericsson.

Telecom technology is developing at a rapid pace and I love the always changing market. Products and services are evolving. What is impossible today could be reality tomorrow. What could be better then to work your own future!

Five years from now, I want to gain more experience from working in different roles and areas within Ericsson. There is so much interesting work in this company!
