After earning my engineering degree and working couple of years in a leading telecom operator, I learnt about Ericsson and its strong technology focus. I saw a great opportunity to launch my career ahead in such a technology driven organization, and when an opportunity came up I didn’t hesitate.

Telecoms is among the toughest fields, it is extremely challenging. And I believe that challenges gives rise to opportunities; it wasn't hard a decision to grab it. I have earlier working with a telecom operator and I wanted to work more closely to technology and product development. It was a decision I cherish every moment in my career.

Where will I be in 5 years? Having worked for almost a decade with R&D, I am looking to go back to where I started; our customers!
