Ericsson is a big, well-organized group company with great reputation as everyone knows. That is the main reason why I joined Ericsson in the very beginning, and to get a good starting point in my career. Now when I am actually working at Ericsson I really like the company. Not only is it a good starting point for your career but Ericsson helps you to develop into the person you want to be.

When I just joined Ericsson, I wanted to work within the Financial Area and Ericsson gave me the opportunity to work with a very professional team - RSSC Beijing General Accounting Team. I learned a lot from my previous manager both on the professional side, but also from the ways of working. I could feel myself growing up.

“Currently I am working in a new position as lead and new challenges are coming to me one after another, which is frustrating at first. However, the frustration only last for a short period thanks to my very supportive managers. I am constantly growing and developing, but in a stable and healthy way one step at the time. Now my team is performing as well as expected, and I feel so happy because it means that I can contribute more to our group.

Everyone wants a good career. A good career is not something you deserve, but something you earn. Ericsson gives people the possibility to earn a good career and a good life.

Don’t decide on a certain goal for a certain time, and don’t live a life just following books.
