We will have positions for many countries around the world in the next Multimedia Graduate Program.
Each country will identify a manager to recruit a new Graduate with the potential to be a change agent and an ambassador for Multimedia in his/her organization.
We define the profile for each individual position with those managers and then post those positions on the Ericsson jobs website, which officially starts the recruitment process. Each graduate in the program has a specific position and a line manager to support their development.
We will start posting the positions for some countries in October this year depending on the normal Graduate recruitment cycle for the countries in the program. China is usually early, while Sweden is later and the final date there for recruitment will be mid February 2010.
We will post current information and links to the positions available on this site as soon as possible according to the planned timetable. You are then most welcome to apply for any of the positions that appeal to you and fit with your education!
Please do not forget to include your CV and a recent photograph in your application.
There will be a pre-selection process when you apply – some questions to answer. If you do not qualify at this stage, we will let you know directly. If you do qualify, we will then proceed to selection, you will then be contacted by telephone for an initial interview.
We will let you know within a few weeks if you are qualified to go on to a formal interview. After a formal interview with the local unit, they will select 3 candidates for each position to attend an Assessment Centre, which is a one day centre to assess if you have the following competencies that we are looking for in Change agents and Multimedia ambassadors.
- You have an inspirational competency
- You have a creativity competency
- You have a team building competency
- You have a perseverance competency
You will get direct feedback at the end of the Assessment Centre. The manager then has to choose a final candidate from those who qualified through the Centre. The program starts 30th August 2010 in Kista, just outside Stockholm, Sweden.
