6:00 pm
The Eco Controller found a great restaurant with eco-responsible ingredients. Over dinner, Larisa reminded me that the US is even further from Germany than Ukraine. Time to start building those eco bonuses up again!

1:00 pm
Larisa was so happy to see me, and she had a surprise for me too – her dream of being accepted to study at an Ivy League school in America is on its way to becoming a reality! I’m taking her out to dinner to celebrate.

10:00 am
Woke up in Ukraine today, on my way to surprise Larisa with a visit! Not the biggest fan of flying, but with my Eco Passport I know I’ve offset any carbon emissions.

Wednesday, Feb 18

5:00 pm

Just checked my Eco Passport and it seems I have quite a lot more eco-friendly choices than I thought! I think I have a plan…

3:00 pm

Tried to check up with Larisa about her job situation, but she was busy on Learning Life, perfecting her English and brushing up on her studies.

11:00 am
Checked in with my eco-sponsored village in Uganda as soon as I woke up this morning, and chatted with Benon about his village Masindi’s water-purification program. I think we’re close to making the village independent from fossil fuel!

7:00 pm
Visited my father this evening, and heard all about how the newest GPS technology is a real blessing for resource allocation in his construction projects. Jennifer also listened in via the TV from her dorm at the Music Conservatory in Munich, but she seemed less than interested.

3:00 pm
Went grocery shopping and was pleased to find out, via my Eco Controller, that the market has just got some new eco-friendly products. I added the info into my Eco Passport – I’m that much closer to getting enough eco bonuses to visit Larisa.

10:00 am
Started today in a great way…with a video call from Larisa. She’s feeling a bit stressed in her job in Ukraine, so it was nice to give her hand a squeeze with the touch-membrane application, even though she’s miles away.

4:00 pm
Good work today, everyone. The Life Balance says I’ve put in more than my time at work, so it’s time for me to sign off and try to catch the last of today’s sun.

10:00 am
Have signed in to work at BioSane via the virtual Cubicland. Time to update my Life Balance so I don’t become the workaholic that my girlfriend Larisa fears!

8:30 am

Woke up early but refreshed thanks to my Bio Alarm, which knew just the right moment to wake me up. Going out to walk the dog in the sunshine before it’s time to settle down to some work. I’m excited about this week – a lot of interesting things are happening here in Germany.

Sunday, Feb 15, 9:30

I'm all for lazy Sundays like today. I'm going out to try a new organic resutrant today with some work friends, as recommended by Eco Passport. Then I'm off to take my spider computer to the libary to get in some extra work on some global projects.
