The Board of Directors appoints the President and CEO and Executive Vice Presidents. Management of day-to-day operations is the responsibility of the President and CEO and the Group Management Team which in addition to the president and CEO, consist of the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Technology Officer, the heads of Group Functions and the head of the three Business Units: Networks, Global Services and Multimedia.
