The book is in-depth presentation of the status of mobile learning in European education today. Four levels of activity have been identified:
- Good level of activity across all level of education (UK)
- Active participation in EU Projects
- The first tentative steps are being taken in the field
- No activity at all
The report is a summary of the achievements of mobile learning internationally, a summary of European achievements in mobile learning, the pedagogy of mobile learning and the role of mobile learning in European education.
Activities
4-5 countries will be allocated to each partner. They will be required to carry out and write up authoritative analyses of the state of mobile learning in their allocated countries. Extensive use is already reported from the United Kingdom, Malta, Italy and Ireland.
