GOVERNANCE: e-learning
INTRODUCTION
The CR e-learning program, launched in 2006, was designed to raise awareness among Ericsson employees. In a survey of 750 participants, 74 percent of the respondents stated they had learned something new, and 73 percent felt that they could apply the content of the course in their daily work. In total, 79 percent stated that knowing about Ericsson’s CR program has a positive influence on how they felt about working for Ericsson.
