	Earthquake and tsunamis in Asia December 2004: A devastating earthquake struck the area off Sumatra's northwestern coast on December 26. The earthquake also caused the creation of tsunamis that invaded the coasts of Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives, Thailand and Malaysia, and even east African countries have been affected.
	Hurricanes in the Caribbean September 2004: Ericsson Response worked together with the International Red Cross's PADRU in Panama before, during and after the hurricanes that devastated several Caribbean islands.
	PADRU disaster preparedness 2003 - ongoing: Ericsson Response is working closely with the Pan American Disaster Response Unit (PADRU) in Panama in disaster preparedness projects that aim to develop the disaster response in the area of communication.
	North Pole August - September 2004: Ericsson Response assisted the Arctic Coring Expedition's environmental research at the North Pole.
	Relief operations in Sudan July - August 2004: Ericsson Response assisted United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Sudan, who, in light of the growing relief operations in Sudan was to move the main office in Khartoum to other premises.
	Flooding in the Caribbean May - June 2004: the local Ericsson Response team in the Dominican Republic gave support to the relief operations after the severe flooding.
	Iran January 2004: Ericsson Response is providing emergency communication in Bam, Iran, following the earthquake on December 26.
