CR e-learning training for all employees. During 2007, 7313 employees have taking the CR e-learning course, which is a 30 minute module so totals 3656 hours. This is a low figure, however, as awareness of human rights is also raised as part of the acknowledgement process for Code of Business Ethics, acknowledged by nearly 100% of employees.
Sourcing personnel are trained on Code of Conduct CR Report P 36-37 and product designers on design for environment. However the statistics are not collected at Group level.
