We are advocating an innovation-driven climate agenda that utilizes technology to find “smarter” ways of doing things, and includes the deployment of transformative low carbon solutions that broadband technology can deliver.
A committed global effort at COP15 is essential to secure both environmental sustainability and economic development, and a balanced and effective global climate change treaty must include ICT.
