Ericsson Code of Conduct

Ericsson requires all employees, as well as suppliers and partners, to comply with a stringent Code of Conduct, which is based on the UN Global Compact. We see Global Compact as a minimum requirement for ourselves and our suppliers in this area, and in some cases our standards exceed those specified by Global Compact.

The ten principles of the Global Compact are divided into four categories:

  • Basic human rights
  • Labor standards
  • Environmental management
  • Anti-corruption in the workplace
