Materials declarations
We require that our suppliers deliver materials declarations upon request. The declarations shall be delivered through our materials database "MATILDA". For more information, see http://materialsdata.ericsson.net.
Soldering specification
This document defines the component requirements on soldering heat resistance and moisture sensitivity. The document is valid both for lead-free and leaded soldering.
