Invitation to press and analyst conference
Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) today announces a voluntary public cash offer to acquire LHS (XETRA:LHS). With the acquisition Ericsson strengthens its leading offering in revenue management with a fully integrated convergent charging and billing solution and expands its customer base. The announcement was released at 8.00 am, Central European Time (CET), on June 5, 2007.
