Geneva, April 20, 2009 - ST-Ericsson, the 50-50 joint venture between STMicroelectronics and Ericsson  announced that it will release First Quarter Financial Results 2009 after 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time / 11:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET), on April 29, 2009.
