The infrastructure that Ericsson supplies for terrestrial mobile communication, can in no way be adapted to jam/block or in any other way interfere with satellite TV and radio transmissions.
Ericsson's commercial activities in Iran are solely for the sale of infrastructure equipment for the fixed and mobile public networks and telephone exchanges for enterprises. Handsets from Sony Ericsson for the public mobile network are sold through local distributors.
