Lithuania storms forward

Lithuanian mobile operator Bitè GSM launched a commercial EDGE network on December 12. The operator was one of the first in Europe to launch the new technology. The network, solely provided by Ericsson, initially covers the capital Vilnius.

GSM expansion deal in Oman

Extension for mobile workers on MD110
