The first press meeting starts at 1.00 p.m. (CET). Participating in the meeting are Kurt Hellström, current President and CEO, and Carl-Henric Svanberg, recently appointed new President and CEO. Carl-Henric Svanberg will take office in connection with the Annual General Meeting on April 8, 2003.

The second press meeting, also with Kurt Hellström and Carl-Henric Svanberg, takes place immediately following the Annual General Meeting.

Both press meetings take place in the Annex, Globen Arena, Arenatorget, Stockholm. The Annual General Meeting starts at 4.00 p.m. (CET) in the Globe Arena.

Please note that both press meetings as well as the Annual General Meeting will be conducted in Swedish.

Shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting decide whether photography and audio/video recording will be allowed during the AGM. Therefore, no cameras or audio recorders will be permitted in the Globe Arena before such permission has been obtained from the shareholders. During the press meetings in the Annex, photography and audio/video recording are permitted.

In past years, the shareholders have not allowed photography or audio/video recording during the Annual General Meeting.

The chairman of the AGM will ask the shareholders whether they will permit an Ericsson photographer to take pictures at the meeting, as well as whether Ericsson is permitted to video record the speeches. Providing the shareholders say yes to this and permit some distribution of the material, Ericsson can offer photos from the Annual General Meeting as well as/or a video recording of the speeches.
