Invitation to press and analyst conferences for Ericsson's first quarter report 2005

Ericsson's financial report will be released approximately at 7:30 a.m. Central European Time (CET) on April 22, 2005.

The press conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. CET at the Ericsson headquarters, Torshamnsgatan 23, Kista, Sweden. Ericsson's President and CEO Carl-Henric Svanberg will comment on the results and take questions, together with Executive Vice President and CFO, Karl-Henrik Sundström. The press conference is open to journalists and analysts.

The conference call for financial analysts, investors and media will begin at 2:00 p.m. CET (1:00 p.m. UK time, 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time U.S. and 9:00 p.m. local time Japan). Ericsson's President and CEO Carl-Henric Svanberg and Executive Vice President and CFO Karl-Henrik Sundström will comment on the results and take questions.
