Invitation to press and analyst conferences for Ericsson's second quarter report 2005

Ericsson's financial report will be released at 7.30am, Central European Time (CET), on July 21, 2005.

The press conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. CET at the Ericsson headquarters, Torshamnsgatan 23, Kista, Sweden. Ericsson's President and CEO Carl-Henric Svanberg will comment on the results and take questions, together with Executive Vice President and CFO, Karl-Henrik Sundström. The press conference is open to journalists and analysts.

The conference call for financial analysts, investors and media will begin at 2:00 p.m. CET (1:00 p.m. UK time, 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time U.S. and 9:00 p.m. local time Japan).
