Invitation to MarketReality™ game 

Have you ever walked a mile in an operator's shoes? Well, now you can. Face the tough competition in MarketReality™ - where the winner takes it all.

In an increasingly competitive market, operators need to launch services quickly to win the battle for consumers. The value of consumer knowledge in a tough market environment is no secret. The challenge is to bring the right services to the right people at the right time. So, are operators doing it right?


If you were an operator, would you manage the challenges? Put on the operator's shoes, face market reality and find out if you have what it takes.


The game will be led by Henrik Pålsson, Ericsson's head of Consumer & Enterprise Lab. Consumer & Enterprise Lab analyzes consumer behavior and attitudes to telecom products and services; it also helps Ericsson customers gain a better understanding of their subscribers' needs.

WHEN:

Wednesday, January 18, 2006, 1pm-5pm. This is an intense afternoon and you need to free up at least four hours to complete the game.
A buffet lunch will be available from noon.

WHERE:

Nordic Forum Konferenscenter, Torshamnsgatan 35, Kista.
