Invitation to Ericsson press and analyst conference

Ericsson kindly invites media and analysts to attend a press conference hosted by Ericsson's President and CEO where Carl-Henric Svanberg will comment on the voluntary public cash offer to acquire Tandberg Television. The press conference will also be webcasted live.

The press conference will begin at noon CET (11am UK time), at Ericsson headquarters, Torshamnsgatan 23, Kista, Sweden.

The webcast of the press conference will be available on the internet at www.ericsson.com/investors and www.ericsson.com/press.

A light lunch will be available from 11.30am.
