Invitation to press meeting in connection with Ericsson’s Annual General Meeting

Ericsson will host a traditional press meeting in connection with the Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2009.

The press meeting starts at 12/noon (CET) and will take place at the Annex to the Ericsson Globe, Globentorget, Stockholm (entrance 2).

At 11.30am (CET) lunch will be served.

The Annual General Meeting starts at 3pm (CET) at the Annex to the Ericsson Globe.

Please note that the press meeting, as well as the Annual General Meeting, will be conducted in Swedish.

Important information concerning photos and audio/video recording at the Annual General Meeting

Shareholders present at the Annual General Meeting decide whether photography and audio/video recording will be allowed during the AGM. Therefore, no cameras or audio recorders will be permitted in the Annex to the Globe Arena before such permission has been obtained from the shareholders. In past years, the shareholders have not allowed photography or audio/video recording during the Annual General Meeting.

During the press meeting at the Annex, photography and audio/video recording are permitted.
