The story of Ericsson and Polish operator Netia is Managed Services at its best. Entering a Managed Services contract with Ericsson, leaving responsibility for wireline networks and service delivery, allowed the Polish operator Netia to focus more on its core business, which has allowed Netia to grow substantially in the past year. Meanwhile Ericsson managed to realize significant cost savings for the operator. A true win - win situation.
