At Research & Development, third generation mobile networks are being designed by international experts, and innovations and new technologies are systematically sought out and developed. Our Global Service Delivery Center supports mobile operator customers in Europe and provides professional services worldwide, including 3G network roll-out and data security.
Ericsson Finland is proud of it's prominent history; the company was established in 1918, but its’ history dates back to the beginning years of the telecommunications industry in 1876. Ericsson Finland and its’ founder Daniel Johannes Wadén were key players in shaping and developing the entire industry in Finland.
Ericsson employs roughly 900 people in Finland and most work at Jorvas, Kirkkonummi, 27 km from the Helsinki city center. Our teams are very international, with employees coming from 30 different countries.
