On the following pages you will find descriptions of all courses organised and performed by Competence Development Centre in Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagreb.

For each course there are basic data about the target audience, objectives, duration and training methods, as well as entry requirements.

The ETK Competence Development Centre reserves the right to change existing courses and to introduce new courses in line with the developments in technology and functionality of telecom systems.

Course flows that can be found on the following pages show how people are trained for some of the frequent professions connected with operation and maintenance of  Ericsson’s communication systems.
The courses are marked by rectangles and the acquired competence by a header. The names for the competences have been chosen in accordance with the usual nomenclature of competences in Ericsson Education.

Courses that are not available in our Center at the time when this catalogue is issued are marked with white/gray rectangle. In the rectangles filled with yellow colour are courses that are right now in our programme. When you click on the course title in the yellow rectangle you will immediately get a course description. As a rule, some time (from a few weeks up to 6 months) spent on work is required between two courses, so that people have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired on a course they have finished.
