Combining automation and flexibility
It combines the concepts of automation and flexibility to create a highly efficient yet customer-centric environment for debt-collection processes. Automated debt-collection workflows are created using an intuitive GUI that simplifies the configuration and scheduling of collections. Each action can be flexibly scheduled, either according to the time elapsed or to events that have occurred since the previous action.
Driving Operational Efficiency
It incorporates a range of features designed to increase operational efficiency and help reduce the cost of debt collection. For example, it minimizes the time required to make global changes to collection representatives’ tasks, with the ability to make mass task assignations. It also allows operators to more efficiently manage the relationship with external collection agencies.
High Level of Usability
It offers a high level of utility, making it easy to use and highly adaptable in support of the collections-related business processes. Its intuitive configuration GUI makes it easy to create collections workflows even for staff without IT or database qualifications.
Open Service Orientated Architecture
It is based on open, service-oriented architecture. It is pre-integrated with BSCS iX, Ericsson’s end-to-end billing and customer-care product, but its open interfaces allow easy integration with other external systems.
