DC/DC Converters and IBC
We offer a wide range of board-mounted DC/DC converters and intermediate bus converters based on industry-standard formats and specifications.
Description
Our offering includes products for general use on electronic boards in distributed power architectures, and application-specific products such as RF Power Amplifiers and xDSL chipsets. The products cover input ranges from 9 volts up to 75 volts at power levels of up to 700 watts. They are available in industry-standard brick format for plated through-hole and surface mounting. The designs are based on cost-efficient topologies and optimized circuit solutions that utilize synchronous rectification. Efficient packaging with low conduction losses also enables market-leading efficiency. Efficient thermal management ensures full performance over a wide temperature range, and all products are UL 60 950 recognized and EN 60 950 certified, ensuring the most reliable and safe operation.

The Quarter Brick power module comes in 24V and 48V versions with optional baseplate. This series is based on the high power PKM-C design using standard pin configuration.
PKM-E series
The Quarter Brick power module comes in 24 V and 48 V versions. This series features a broad range of output voltages for a wide variety of applications.
PKR series
The PKR series, designed with the MacroDens footprint and available as surface-mount and through-hole version, is an evolution of the MacroDens standard.
PKU series
The Sixteenth Brick power module series provides a broad range of output voltages and up to 25 A output current (at 1.8 V) within a compact footprint.
PKU-B series
The Sixteenth Brick Intermediate Bus Converter completes the IBC product portfolio.
PKU-E series
Dispite its wide input range the Sixteenth Brick power module has the same performance as products with normal input range.
PKV series
Built in the industry-standard DIL 24 format and featuring a wide input voltage range of 4:1. The PKV series provides excellent output characteristics.
PKY series
The Full Brick power module is designed specifically for RFPA applications. It provides very high power and is available in 24 V and 48 V input variants.
PKU-C series
The 100W power Sixteenth Brick low profile 8.5 mm modules provide 5 or 12 V fully regulated output up to 100 W.
