Hans Vestberg

Hans Vestberg is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ericsson Group.  Vestberg joined Ericsson in 1991. He has broad international experience, having held various management positions for Ericsson in China, Brazil, Mexico and the US. He remains the international advisor to the Governor of Guangdong, China. Vestberg served as Ericsson’s Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2009 before becoming CEO. Along with the rest of Ericsson’s executive team, Vestberg is focused on advancing the company’s leadership through innovation, technology, services and sustainable business solutions. In 2011 Vestberg was named the 6th most powerful man in wireless by Fierce Wireless. He is a member of the Broadband Commission for Digital Development, and chaired the Commission’s climate-change working group. He is also on the advisory board of the Digital Health Initiative.

Ulf Ewaldsson

Ulf Ewaldsson is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Group Function Technology at Ericsson. Previously, Ewaldsson was Head of Product Area Radio at Ericsson’s Business Unit Networks. In this position, which he held from January 2007 until February 2012, he was instrumental in helping to create some of the products that reflect Ericsson’s technology leadership, such as HSPA and LTE in the radio-access network; the multi-standard RBS 6000; and the antenna-integrated radio unit. Ewaldsson is also a member of Ericsson’s Research Board. He has more than 20 years of experience in product management, industry development and customer relations, which has taken him to leadership positions at Ericsson in China, Japan, Hungary and Sweden. Ewaldsson was born in Skåne in southern Sweden in 1965. He graduated with an MSc in Engineering and Business Management from Linköping Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Magnus Mandersson

Magnus Mandersson is Executive Vice President & Head of Business Unit Global Services, Ericsson. Mandersson has more than 15 years’ experience in different management roles in the telecommunication industry. As an executive with Ericsson and various TELE2/Millicom organizations, he has been responsible for building and growing businesses in Europe and globally. One of his top priorities in the last five years has been to formulate and implement technological and financial Managed Services strategies to extract maximum value and synergies for mobile operators and their vendors. Mandersson is today responsible for Ericsson’s Business Unit Global Services and is a member of the Ericsson Group Management Board. Prior to assuming this role in 2010, he was responsible for Ericssons CDMA Business. He has also been Head of Ericsson Northern Europe as well as the Global Customer Account Deutsche Telekom AG.

Rima Qureshi

Rima Qureshi ïs the Senior Vice President Strategic Projects at Ericsson. Querishi joined Ericsson in 1993, and her experience has spanned leadership roles in R&D, customer support in Canada and later globally, as well as heading up improvement programs for a major customer in North America and managing Global Service Delivery Centers. In her previous role Qureshi and her leadership team have successfully completed the integration of the CDMA and LTE assets of the former Nortel Networks Corporation in North America and of other subsequent acquisitions. Qureshi was appointed to the Board of Directors of MasterCard Worldwide in April 2011, based on her broad international experience and business acumen.Qureshi has also headed up the non-profit Ericsson Response program since 2006.

Arun Bhikshesvaran

Arun Bhikshesvaran is the Chief Marketing Officer for Ericsson. In this capacity, he is responsible for driving the global marketing strategy covering brand, category and capability marketing across all lines of business and geographies. He has been involved with the telecommunications industry for nearly 20 years in roles spanning engineering, R&D, project management, technology solutions and strategy. Bhikshesvaran holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed Post Graduate Executive Programs at Columbia Business School and Kellogg.

Geoff Hollingworth

Geoff Hollingworth is one Ericsson Evangelist (#Ericsson) and Head of IP Services Strategy North America. Before this, Geoff led Ericsson’s next generation multimedia initiative to drive the three screen experience for the Volvo Ocean Race. He joined Ericsson 17 years ago and has been actively involved in delivering and promoting Mobile Broadband software.

Lars Arvidsson

Lars Arvidsson is Head of Global Sales at Ericsson M-Commerce. Arvidsson has more than 25 years of international experience in the ICT industries and has headed up senior executive sales roles in companies like Sun Microsystems and IBM Global Services, with a focus on sales of new innovative solutions and services cross industries.

Lars Lindén

Lars Lindén is the President of Ericsson sub-Saharan Africa. He is responsible for 43 countries on the continent, overseeing the marketing, selling and implementing of telecom solutions and projects. Lars has a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Economics in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing from the University of Stockholm. Lars Lindén joined Ericsson in 1987.

Mikael Halén

Mikael Halen is Director, Government and Industry Relations at Ericsson. Halén joined Ericsson in 1984 and has held senior positions within Marketing & Product Management for Mobile Broadband and Premises Networking. In his current position as Director, Government & Industry Relations, Mikael has a global responsibility for regulative affairs related to mobile broadband.

Pat McCarthy

Pat McCarthy is Head of OSS/BSS Solutions Marketing at Ericsson. McCarthy provides Ericsson’s marketing leadership for OSS/BSS Solutions to help service providers deliver innovation, efficiency and differentiate their customer experience. He regularly meets with customers and partners around the world, gaining insights into their challenges and the key market trends that the industry faces. He has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and product management in high technology software companies.He is based in one of Ericsson’s Global OSS/BSS Center of Excellence in Frankfurt, Germany.

Stephanie Huf

Stephanie Huf is Vice President and Head of Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs for South East Asia and Oceania, at Ericsson and is based in Singapore. She commenced this role in April 2010, and leads a team based in eight countries, covering 40 markets across the Ericsson business, responsible for strategic marketing, government relations, internal and external communications, sustainability and corporate responsibility and the region's "ConsumerLab" consumer research group. In her seventeen years with Ericsson in Australia, the US and now Asia, Stephanie has held a range of commercial, policy, strategy and communications roles, including launching Ericsson's first mobile application developer programs, and managing the Ericsson-Telstra strategic alliance.
