In order to accomplish our challenging objectives we are looking for specialists for the position of:
Operator Front Office / Front Office Operator
Place of work: Warsaw
Ref: FO/GSDC
You will be responsible for:
- Ensure Systems and Services are running as expected.
- Service and System monitoring, including handling of alarms and trouble tickets.
- First level restoration, that is to pin point the problem and find a solution.
- Preventive maintenance.
The work is performed in two shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Qualification:
- University Degree in Telecommunication or IT
- Able to work under pressure in a stressful environment
- Experience from working with customer service
- Patience and perseverance in professional relations with others
- Good written and verbal communication in English (a must).
