Job description:

 

The Solution Architect is the overall responsible for providing proper technical solution within the respective area.
The Solution Architect reports to GSDC Manager.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Provide proper technical solution for respective area
  • Perform planning, dimensioning, creating final network design to meet customer needs, objectives and targets
  • To be aware of customer’s business opportunity and the industry in general. Perform advanced network solution for new networks and network expansions.
  • Support other departments in technical discussions, providing product management competence in pre-sales and after-sales activities.

Qualification:

 

  • Key competence:  Experienced in High and Low level IT design
    University Degree in Telecommunication or IT
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural/solutions for IT & Data communication
  • Highly skilled Architectural knowledge In IT & Data Communication,
  • Highly skilled Technical knowledge on Centralized environment (Mainframes, Citrix, Data Bases, Network and Security)
  • Highly skilled technical knowledge of IT & Data Communications, WAN/MAN/Infra, Security and Fire Walls,
  • Ability to co-operate in teams, projects and networks globally to achieve results
  • Shows respect and encourage others to express their views and ideas
    Shares existing information, ideas and knowledge
  • Experience of working in global multicultural environment
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English language is prerequisite (EU level B2)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work under strong pressure related to scale of business impact

Back Office Engineer – Servers Operation - nr ref. ESO/NOC

In order to accomplish our challenging objectives in GSDC Poland we are looking for specialists for the position of:

 

Back Office Engineer – Servers Operation


Place of work: Warszawa
Ref: ESO/NOC

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders
  • Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions
  • Ensure Systems and Services are running as expected.
  • Service and System monitoring, including handling of alarms and trouble tickets.
  • First level restoration, that is to pin point the problem and find a solution.
  • Preventive maintenance.

The work is performed on one shift and stand-by time


Qualification:

  • University Degree in Telecommunication or IT or Technical Secondary School with at least 5 years experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in network operation
  • Holder of expert knowledge in specified products areas regarding Operation Assurance
  • Advanced knowledge of trouble-shooting in Server Operation, Windows, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AD, DNS, SQL-Oracle, Vmware and other server related software products
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft OS’S, Linux, Unix and general data.com
  • True customer mindset

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in global multicultural environment
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English language is prerequisite

Operator Front Office / Front Office Operator (Warsaw)

In order to accomplish our challenging objectives we are looking for specialists for the position of:

 

Operator Front Office / Front Office Operator
Place of work:
Warsaw

Ref: FO/GSDC

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensure Systems and Services are running as expected.
  • Service and System monitoring, including handling of alarms and trouble tickets.
  • First level restoration, that is to pin point the problem and find a solution.
  • Preventive maintenance.

The work is performed in two shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Qualification:

  • University Degree in Telecommunication or IT
  • Able to work under pressure in a stressful environment
  • Experience from working with customer service
  • Patience and perseverance in professional relations with others
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (a must).
