Job description:
The Managed Services Local Delivery Unit (MS LDU) Manager is the overall responsible for supervising the team of over 200 technical crew allocated to Field Operation, Service Delivery, Customer Order Center, Technical Support and dispatching department. The role is to ensure Managed Services Local Delivery Unit (MS LDU) services are delivered within agreed timescales, cost and quality levels. The primary accountabilities include:
- lead and organize the work within Local Delivery Unit to fulfill the targets,
- day-to-day Operations Management for all major elements of service delivery,
- monitoring of delivering all services according to contractual commitments through the line organizational,
- managing the customer Managed Services delivery,
- monitoring of all delivering contracted services and controlling costs according to financial processes,
- monitoring on regular basis Managed Services profitability,
- identify new and future services needs with customer,
- provide the feedback on delivery performance back into organization,
- ensure that the best practices are used for the work and that the organization is to do continuous improvement,
- assuring that all personnel working in LDU area are qualified,
- ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
The Managed Services Local Delivery Unit (MS LDU) Manager reports to Service Delivery Director LDU North.
Qualification:
- University Degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology
- 5+ managerial experience in the operational field, preferably in telecom business
- Experience with managing large teams (50+ as minimum)
- Excellent leadership with the ability to manage and motivate people
- Budget management and business development skills
- Flexibility to manage the business and teams in complex environment
- Pragmatic approach in delivering efficient solutions
- Adaptability in changing environment
- Strategic thinking orientation combined with hands-on attitude
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English language is prerequisite (EU level B2/C1)
- Competence to co-operate with managers, customers and sub-contractors
- High-level of interpersonal communication skills
- Shows respect and encourage others to express their views and ideas
- Shares existing information, ideas and knowledge
- Excellent quality mind set, result oriented, open-minded as well as highly service-minded
- Ability to work under strong pressure related to scale of business impact
