What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a standard format for delivering frequently updated content such as news headlines and summaries. RSS readers (or aggregators) are available for both Mac and PC.
Onced subscribed to an RSS feed, content updates will be be availble to view from your chosen feed reader.
What is a Podcast?
A Podcast is an RSS feed that contains digital media files such as images, audio and video.
After subscribing, you can choose to play your Podcast on your computer or copy it to a compatible portal media player.
