Business consultants play a pivotal role in Ericsson - they add a necessary capability to increase profits and drive top-line growth, by creating both long- and short-term business value for Ericsson's customers. Business consultants support Ericsson's customers with business strategy and planning, marketing efforts and plans, revenue management and project and program management.

As a business consultant you are expected to work, cooperate and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as with customers and suppliers to Ericsson. You will work in close alignment with the sales organizations in our Market Units and International Accounts in order to focus and deepen our customer relationships in strategic issues and key areas, be a proactive driving force towards our local sales organizations and turn hot issues on the market into sales for Ericsson.

Business Consulting consists of four Regional Practices with responsibility for geographic areas and one International Accounts Practice.

A typical assignment could be in the area of:

• operator traffic and revenue growth - filling the broadband pipe
• go-to-market consulting and mobilizing media
• end-to-end service development and quality assurance - bridging end-user demands and technology/business solutions.
  

The Strategic Program Practice serves Ericsson’s top management with management consulting projects, aiming to create tangible value for Ericsson. Our consultants have experience from leading consultancy firms and work with Ericsson management in strategy, operational improvement and execution.
 

As a management consultant within the Strategic Program Practice you must be highly motivated professional with solid analytical skills, strong business sense with telecom interest, highly results oriented and a good team player.
