Ericsson Learning Services is structured to provide competence development services and support to their North American customers, internal staff and other Global Service Delivery (GSD) organizations.
Our goal is to identify, develop, and deliver high quality educational solutions that will build the competence of your installation, operations and optimization staffs. We are dedicated to providing highly effective educational programs on all aspects of Ericsson products that are available in North America. Our focus is on developing comprehensive, customized solutions that will support the specific needs of our operators and service providers, enabling them to plan, design, build and manage their businesses and networks in a competitive and profitable manner.
All Ericsson Learning Services instructors are fully qualified and certified to deliver technical training on a wide range of Ericsson products. In addition to their ability to deliver highly effective classroom education, our instructors are also very experienced as mentors, performing knowledge transfer activities with their students in a "live" operational environment.
