What is Competence Consulting?
Ericsson's Competence Consulting uses unique tools, methods and expert advisors to analyze your competence and performance improvement needs for improving operational efficiency. A customer unique Competence Plan encompasses recommendations of how to bridge the competence gaps of your operational staff. The Competence Consulting service tells you what skills you need, what you already have and what you need to develop - a true understanding of your challenges.

We identify your training needs and the knowledge gaps you have in your organization in relation to your business goals. We provide you with a comprehensive report that details our analysis and recommendations. We also provide a thorough job analysis, which includes the tasks your employees must perform, the required processes & procedures for each task, and lists the comprehensive competence & skills requirements they need to do their job successfully.

This service is composed by two main analysis phases: Business Situation Analysis - to align overall solution requirements and Competence Gap Analysis - to determine competence gaps and provide recommendations on way forward.
