Since Ericsson Education Germany is a local Education Center, offering mainly courses for our local customers, we do not have dedicated guest service personnel.
However for our guests from other Ericsson locations and abroad we are pleased to provide our best possible support in following areas:
Accommodation booking:
We are pleased to assist you with a hotel booking for the duration of the course in Düsseldorf. Please advise your arrival and departure date as well as preference of smoking or non-smoking room.
There are several 4 star hotels in walking distance to Ericsson which we recommend to our visitors.
You will receive a detailed hotel booking confirmation stating the location of your accommodation, the cost and distance to the Education Center.
All hotels have a good underground connection to Düsseldorf city center (10 min).
Taxi booking:
Can be ordered directly at our reception. Please advise in case you would like to pay with credit cards, since not all taxis are equipped with CC readers.

Düsseldorf:
Düsseldorf is Germany`s 8th biggest city, known as host of world leading industrial and fashion trade fairs.
The famous shopping street Königsallee invites to you to shop for famous designer labels or luxury jewels.
In the old town at Altstadt/Heinrich-Heine-Allee you will find nearly 200 pubs and restaurants - many of them offering the specially brewed beer "Altbier" together with regional and international dishes.

Surroundings:
Düsseldorf is close to the Lower Rhine region, which is lying in the heart of Europe to the west of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Visitors will come across quaint villages and towns, that have retained their traditions and atmosphere, amidst the unspoilt pasture, meadow and river landscape.
