We make our visitors stay comfortable

At the Dublin Training Centre, our Guest Services staff are there to make sure your stay with us is productive, fun, and hassle-free.

Guest services provide a number of services:
  • Visa advice and help
  • Accommodation Booking
  • Social events
  • Advice on things to do and see in Dublin and Ireland
  • Taxi bookings
Visa Advice and Help 

If you require a visa to enter Ireland, please apply four weeks in advance of travel. If there is no Irish Embassy or Consulate where you are living, Guest Services will make the application for you provided you forward the necessary documentation allowing sufficient time.

Accommodation Booking 

Guest Services will book your accommodation for the duration of your training course in Dublin. An invitation will be forwarded to you stating the location of your accommodation, the cost and how to get to the Training Centre by public transport or on foot - whichever is appropriate.

Social Events 

Guest Services will organise a weekly social event - details of these and other social activities will be posted on the bulletin boards, where you can sign up for activities.

Advice on things to do and see in Dublin & Ireland 

Guest Services can give advice on what to do and see in Dublin. Help can be given to organise your weekend either in or outside Dublin.
