Travelling from the airport
Dublin International Airport is situated 16 km north of the city center and provides a broad range of regular and scheduled services.
By Taxi
There are licensed taxis available at the Airport. The approximate charge from the airport to the city center is EUR 30. If you are coming directly from the airport to the training Centre the approximate price is EUR 45. Taxis in Ireland take cash only. There is a bank and several cash machines in the main airport building. There is a taxi rank directly outside the arrival area of Dublin airport.
By Bus
There are a number of buses to the city centre and Dun-Laoghaire. Please see the attached web link for more information.

Alternatively you can travel by 'The Patton FLYER' which is a privately owned bus service. It has a direct service to and from Dublin airport to the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun-Laoghaire (2 minutes for the Training Centre). The cost of this service is €12 (Return) or €7.00 one way, it runs on the
By Car
You can hire a car at the airport. The Training Center is located on the south side of the city, in Dun Laoghaire. Follow the signs for the Ferry Port Dun Laoghaire.

By Bus
Bus services in Dublin are provided by Dublin Bus. The service usually runs from Monday to Saturday between 06.30 and 23.30 and on Sunday from 09.00 to 23.00. The local buses servicing Dun Laoghaire and the Training Center are:

By Rail
The local light rail service - called DART - runs along the coastline from Bray to Howth. The hours of service are Monday to Saturday 06.30 to 23.30 and Sunday 09.30 - 23.00.
Three stations, Pearse Street, Tara Street and Connolly Station serve the city center. Tickets can be purchased in the station. For weekly and monthly tickets a photo ID is required, which can be obtained from Dublin Bus, 59 O'Connell St, Dublin 1 (Tel: 01-873 4222)or at the Guest Services desk.
The nearest station to the Training Center is Sandycove/Glasthule, on the southbound line going towards Bray. For more information go to

Your hotel reception can organize a taxi to take you to the Training Centre. Please remember taxis in Ireland only take cash. The approximate fare from the city centre is €35.
